How to add Oracle JDBC 8 driver in local Maven repo

1. Get Oracle JDBC Driver

2. Install Maven


https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi

3. Local repo deployment


mvn install:install-file -Dfile=C:\\tmp\\ojdbc8.jar -DgroupId=com.oracle -DartifactId=ojdbc8 -Dversion=12.1.0 -Dpackaging=jar

4. update pom.xml

<dependency>
