Gedantic by Matthew R. Harrah allows one to upload and analyze their GEDCOM files.
There are currently 37 gedantic utilities, divided into five categories (All, Problem, Families, Missing data, Individuals and Sources). Here is a screenshots subset of many of the utilities, excluding instances of any living people from my own GEDCOM file.
Note: A common use case is to download your Ancestry.com GEDCOM file, upload it to gedantic, analyze your data and then update your tree on Ancestry accordingly. I was able to remove dozens are errors in my family tree by doing this. Thank you Matt for producing such a great GEDCOM API and website-front end!!!
